Bola de quesos

Ingredientes:
50 g. (1/2 cub.) De leche,
un gajo de cebolla,
150 g. De queso graso,
150 g. De queso azul,
1 cucharada de mantequilla,
200 g. De queso philadelphia.
Para adornar:
Nueces picadas,
2 cubiletes de hojas de perejil picado.

Preparación:
Vierta en el vaso todos los ingredientes y programe 30 segundos, temperatura 40ºc, velocidad 8, ayudándose con la espátula. Tiene que quedar homogéneo, de no quedar bien amalgamado, repita la operación. A continuación ponga en un cuenco hondo una hoja plástica transparente dejando fuera del cuenco plástico para después envolver el paté, y vierta la mezcla en él. Tape con el plástico e introduzca en el frigorífico hasta que esté consistente. Si desea adornar la bola, pique las nueces con las hojas de perejil durante 8 segundos a velocidad 3 1/2. Cuando esté consistente, dele forma de bola, rebócela en las nueces con perejil y sírvala con biscotes. (también puede agregar las nueces troceadas al vaso, junto con todos los demás ingredientes).
